Led by young adults, Philly Frassati is a community of young adults who desire to share life together while pursuing that which is true, good and beautiful in order to experience life to the fullest. Through adventures, gatherings, and human/spiritual formation, Philly Frassati empowers young adults to live courageously, drawing them closer to each other and to God.
Spiritual Direction
One-on-one advice on discernment and prayer life.
Spiritual direction is about your relationship with a real person, Jesus Christ. In our Christian vocation we need a spiritual coach of sorts that will guide and affirm us in our good endeavors, or call us out when we begin to stray. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit, it can help us work through things in our interior life by talking about them with someone who's interested in our holiness.
